Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Cheap flexible and has variety

I was able to pick out specifics of what I wanted for my insurance which meant I could get it cheaper and not have to pay for stuff I wasn't Intrested in or didn't need on the insurance and they give discounts which meant you can get it further cheaper. However it is confusing on what you have picked out on your insurance as they send you a booklet but it says you don't have coverage in an area but then have it if you have chosen the option which means you can be unsure if you have picked that option as you may of forgotten and there is no way to verify which options you have taken out fully Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Cycleplan

I've had to claim twice on my bike insurance and both times cycleplan made the process easy. This is possibly the only insurance company I've ever come across that doesn't feel like it's trying to rip me off. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

If u have an e bike u must have insurance

Very few people know that u need ebike insurance … I carefully researched what type of insurance I need in Northern Ireland ( given police are giving £1000 fines to e scooter riders ) Cycle plan gave me peace of mind in that it had personal injury and public liability at a very reasonable rate. I had a policy for an ancheer ebike but recently after 3 moths cycle plan. Very promptly quoted me to an upgrade and when I accepted the quote I immediately had the e policy etc emailed to me Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
