I took out my policy in June 2016. In January 2020 I was knocked off my bike by a careless driver, and the bike was written off as a result. My policy ensured that a new bike could be bought as soon as possible with the minimum of fuss and complications. The service I received was excellent. I’m glad to be back on two wheels.
