You always get to know how good the insurance company is when you need to make a claim

Personally i'm going to look for a new insurer, i had a crash in April but found out as i paid via instalments i would have to pay all my instalments in one go to even have the claim looked at and i also found out that you are passed from pillar to post as it seemed that you aren't dealing with just one insurance company but many. The time i needed their help i didn't get it yet they still come in each month to pick up their D/D so i won't be renewing my cover with this company. Reviewed on: 28th August 2018

Easy to amend my bike details to reflect the changes to my stable.. Competitive pricing too and with direct debit as an option is great! Been a policyholder for a few years, and haven't needed to claim yet, that's where the real value will be shown! Reviewed on: 28th August 2018
