Great Insurance at a great price

I have been insured by Cycleplan for over 2 years now and adding a second bike to my insurance was both cheap and simple. When I questioned whether my lock was acceptable under the terms of the policy they went and found out the lock's rating for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends which is the best endorsement I can give. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

I took out a policy with cycle plan about a year ago and unfortunately I had to make a claim a months ago. It was handled extremely well - efficiently and professionally - and I've since renewed my policy. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

Slow but get the job done

Took forever on two serious claims but paid out eventually. Hidden rule that any payout is subtracted from the sum of your remaining insurance amount so if I had two serious crashes then I'd lose out massively which is a real negative Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
