I've found no one better or comes close.

I've now been with cycleplan for a few years, ive already recommend some friends and family that cycle to use them. Their customer service is the best of any insurer or any online customer service server ive used. Great value for money and thier website is easy to use. Top customer service and simple and efficient plan.

Great customer service experience so far, any potential problems have been resolved swiftly. I imagine I will stick with CyclePlan for years to come as I'm happy with my experience for the past 18-20 months and have even added a second bike to be insured with CyclePlan. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
