Helpful videos were a bonus when applying

Clear application process which was supported by very useful videos. Cycleplan made sure I clearly understood the T’s & C’s regarding bike security, locks etc. They also sent a follow up email to make absolutely sure I understood the security requirements. I found the price competitive, especially with the year 1 discount. Haven’t made a claim yet and hope I never have to. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Forget your household insurer

Our household insurance company wanted hundreds of pounds to insure our e-bikes so we didn’t bother and took our chances- thinking all companies would be the same. Then my BIL told us about Cycleplan and we were amazed at the cover and price so immediately started the policy. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Excellent claim experience

Sadly we had our electric bikes stolen and needed to claim. We thought the process was going to be difficult and lengthy. However, we supplied all the information and after getting off to a rocky start with our claim going missing and having to provide it all again things were quickly corrected. The settlement was agreed and paid quicker than the 3 days we were advised it would take to reach our bank. without any further problems. We had only recently renewed the policy and were even surprised that the policy stayed in place to cover our new bikes for the rest of the term and all was not lost. Would highly recommend. Good cover/value for money for my e-bike

Very simple: I needed insurance for my e-bike, did the research and found Cycleplan offered the best cover/value for money. I haven't needed to contact them since, so can't comment on how they deal with claims. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
