the staff are always friendly and helpful. it's a competitive market and so it's not easy for our society to offer great value on savings accounts, but it would be great to see the rates being a little bit keener for us loyal members. overall, it is good to be a member of the society. I like the service I received when visiting a branch, you feel valued and even get a cuppa. They also have a wide range of savings accounts to choose from which supports what you are saving for.
