Like your competitive interest rates, re special occasion saver, found T&C not easy to undestand, unsure if increase in alowable deposit only applies once for the entire lifetime of account. Also enclosed are copies of correspondence where I feel the BS fell below top standards. Overall, if things were poor, I wouldn be investing with you Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

I like the fact that I had an appointment to open "Special Occasion Saver" acc, but on Joanne's advice i was able to open an "ISA" and a "members exclusive" account too. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021
