do not buy

they will do anything to halt your claim, they want in date passports receipts with the correct wording, they even want a repair history of the phone, icloud screenshots, utility bills, council letters, proof of blacklisting, proof of usage proof of purchase, absolute con do not buy it has taken months of work and stress easier to just buy a new phone than to waste so much money and time with this company. Terrible insurance AVOID

Debenhams gadget insurance have had my phone in for repair for over three weeks now. They use a company called Greenbridge technology who are worse than useless! No communication, no answer to emails etc Reviewed on: 12th January 2017

My phone had water damage so I rang to make a claim they said I had to get proof of purchase and proof of useage first they said proof of useage wasn't right so I got another then the proof of purchase wasn't right so I got another then proof of useage again! It took me a month before I even sent my phone away after numerous phone calls! Then I had to wait another week for then to test my phone then nearly another week for them to send me a new one. If all this wasn't bad enough my new phone broke after less than a month! Avoid this company! Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Terrible- do not waste your money

They claim to replace your phone in the case of theft within 24 hours of a claim being approved but they have made me wait 8 days so far. They do not listen to your concerns and you have to call 3 or 4 times a day for updates. Very slow staff and poor practices. Go with Endsleigh instead. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016
