Easy to deal with

I didn't even bother looking for new quotes for my car insurance this year, I decided to stay with Diamond because of their customer service. It's so easy to access your documents online, and if you do need to speak to a customer service officer on the phone, the wait time is minimal and they are very helpful. Reviewed on: 4th April 2017

Never claimed

i am with diamond, i dont think until you need to claim you can really rate a insurance company, thankfully havent ever claimed on my insurance in over 23 hours of driving. Reviewed on: 27th February 2017
