Cheapest deal

Having searched just about every comparison and independent websites looking for a cheap deal, Diamond offered the cheapest quote and I'm very pleased with the service they have provided so far Reviewed on: 17th September 2016

Easy, cheap and simple!

Diamond are cheap in my eyes, I am a 24 year old and have been driving for 2 years, this is probably the insurance I shall stick with for a long time. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

Poorly handled claim - ended up costing me when not my fault

I have to say that the experience with Diamond was a very poor one. My car was bumped by a 3rd party. I had picture evidence from a witness and a statement from the police of them accepting liability. From registering the claim there has been nothing but hassle and their customer service whilst nice over the phone their care certainly didn't have any substance. I was constantly told that I would be called back to queries but in the end always had to chase. The body work was fixed but there was another issue with the car which I had to get proof. I did but was still told that they wouldn't be pursuing. The file was closed several weeks prior to this conclusion meaning they had no intention of pursuing. In the end they said they would pay half towards the repair because the issue got worse (strung along for 3 months from the accident). I am now having to recover my excess through diamond law which will cost me too. All in all I have been put out of pocket by £500 and around 3 days worth of time chasing them for an accident that wasn't my fault. Even with all the proof of the accident and proof of internal damage they still strung me along. I certainly would avoid using. Whilst they are the cheapest I can see why. Claim well handled

I got to my car in the morning and it had been completely vandalised every window smashed, no mirrors or wiper blades, diamond had a pick up with a courtesy car on it for me to me within an hour and a half which then took my car to a garage. Reviewed on: 10th September 2016

Easy to use
