I called via the Saga website to ask for a quote for Landlord Insurance. Kendall was the person I spoke to and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Kendall Bowskill was exceptional.

That’s why I’ve given the ratings because other areas weren’t great… long waits for call answers etc. but Kendal was reliable, she called when she said, went the extra mile and was consistent.
