The policy offers the key protections I need, such as buildings and liability cover, at a price that has remained competitive compared to other providers. Extremely fast and efficient claims processing, resulting in a 'no quibbles' payout in most timely manner. Cusomer service was first class, with all queries being responded to in an effective and most efficient timeframe. Rates charges are extremely competive and are invariably much lower than other reliable companies. Always seem to be willing to 'go the extra mile' to ensure a satisfactory payout no matter how complex and non-standard the claim may be.
