Good customer service

One of the few insurance companies offering wedding insurance at the time, which we needed to cover the marquee that we hired. I contacted customer service to check whether generators were covered under our insurance, which they weren't. This wasn't a problem for us but if buying the insurance it needs to be kept in mind. Super price for great cover

Website was really easy to use. Great choice of cover and a price that would suit all budgets. We didn't have much money to spend on insurance but the cover that we opted for was comprehensive to our needs.
