lives up to its claims

absolutely great customer service my daughters wedding dress was ruined by a stiletto heel going through the back of the train and skirt this was a very beautiful expensive dress ruined the fact I was able to send pictures and proof through email was superb and a lot less stress than having to fill forms in etc brilliant ins company would highly recommend Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Canadian purchasing insurance for wedding in UK

Overall, the customer service was very good. My only issue is the fact that they only insure UK residents. My fiance is a UK citizen, but we live in Canada. We were able to get a work-around with his parents agreeing to pay for half the wedding, but without them, we wouldn't have been able to purchase our insurance with you. Used wedding insurance as you need to feel confident if there is a problem with any of the organisation of the wedding that you are fully insured. You have to pay deposits upfront, a year for the venue, so need to know you have things settled just in case anything goes wrong. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Easy to sign up, very understandable, haven't had to claim

I found Dreamsavers the best value for money for wedding insurance. Signing up was quick and easy, I had no problems at all. The terms, conditions and contract are easy to understand. Have not had to claim so can't comment on how well they deal with that. Hopefully I won't have to find out! Reviewed on: 1st September 2016
