Ethical, and so Supportive !

I love saving with a building society that does specific, practical things for the environment, and for housing (both so badly needed). Ethical - no investments in bombs or fossil fuels! The people who work for it are lovely! When I ring up to ask questions, I always get patient, friendly help and clear answers. Sure, the interest rate offered is modest - but this is outweighed by the peace of mind Ecology Building Society offers its customers. Reviewed on: 10th November 2024

Professional organisation with ethical products

I have been with the EBS since 2021. I was attracted initially by the potential for an ethical savings product at a reasonable rate of return. This I got, but I have also been impressed by the friendly, proactive and professional service I have recieved from the staff and the functionality provided by their online presence. What's not to love?

Reliable, ethical and genuine, this organisation is doing far far more than most financial institutions to tackle climate change and social inequality. I wish other banks and building societies were as thoughtful and caring about our potential future. Their service is faultless, throughout the 2 decades I have been saving with them.
