Brilliant!

It's the cheapest one, it has the best cover. When my student freezer broke I got the money for my food that I lost. So handy for student houses or halls where everything breaks Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Great customer service, but awkward to cancel

Setting up the insurance was easy and straightforward, as was renewing it. I thankfully never had to claim but it was great having the peace of mind that this was there in case I did. When it came to cancelling, however, there's no option to do this online even though the insurance was set up that way. Whilst the customer service team were really helpful over live chat and solved the problem quickly, it felt awkward having to even do this when my renewal was going ahead without my consent. All solved in the end though, so that was the only negative part. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Easy to buy, easy to renew, easy to cancel

Simple website asking minimal questions. Easy to move to new accommodation each year and easy to cancel at the end of the course. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
