Good student deals but claiming process is a pain

The student deals are wonderful. They are cheap and convenient. I especially love how you can have more that one device on one insurance policy. For example, a laptop, phone and tablet on one policy However, when it came claiming, the process took longer that I expected and was frustrating at times. I’d say be a little patient when claiming. Good prices, easy to get a quote

Insurance is well priced, and its easy to get a quote from them based on your personal circumstances, however student insurance cost more for my partner than me purely because of the institution he is studying at which I didn't understand Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

The best customer service possible!

Our family first started using Endsleigh 6 years ago for cover for student accommodation. We have since renewed and added other policies. Without exception whether using the website or speaking to one of the wonderful customer service advisers the experience has been easy and a delight - professional yet always friendly and extremely helpful service. We even turned to Endsleigh for travel insurance for our student son this year - such a simple process to insure him. Definitely Number One for this family! Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

Great insurance.

When I moved abroad to go to university, moving so many valuables out of my house into student accommodation was always a worry. However, the assurance Endsleigh provided was amazing. The communication is brilliant and of course, most importantly, the actual cover I have is perfectly suited to me, and at a very affordable price. Not a bad thing to say!
