Very helpful and understanding staff. The shop is always clean and welcoming. My experience of getting a loan when I needed a new washing machine was absolutely brilliant and in my bank when they stated i cant fault them in any way. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Highly recommend

I have saved and had loans for the past 22 years. It has immensely helped when budgeting for holidays, Christmas or big celebrations and also for when life throws a curve ball and the unexpected happens. The staff have always given the best advice on what type of loan would be best and made sure I fully understood and could fully afford the agreement i was taking out , also the terms of the agreement. I’ve been a member of this credit union for 13 years...

I’ve been a member of this credit union for 13 years now, and I can honestly say they have been a total lifeline for me. As a single parent, managing finances can be incredibly tough, but knowing they have my back every year takes such a weight off my shoulders. I especially rely on them for times like Christmas. They make the holiday season stress-free because I know I have a reliable way to manage the costs. Thanks to their support, my children never have to go without, no matter what my financial situation looks like at the time. I can’t recommend them enough to both friends and family.
