I had an excellent experience working with Sheryl at the credit union. She was incredibly helpful with my account and took the time to understand everything I was asking. From the moment I spoke with her, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find solutions. Sheryl explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to assist me in every way she could. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided and would highly recommend working with Sheryl. She is a great asset to the credit union, and I am very grateful for all of her help. Ecu is great if u are stuck. Theywill loan u money a...

Ecu is great if u are stuck they will loan u money and not only that when u repay them they will put a little away in a savings account which soon adds up so u hardly miss it. The sevice in ecu is excellent. I use the st helens branch and they have always been very helpful. Also it helps with your credit score Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
