Positive and helpful credit union

When you phone up the local credit union they do their upmost to help you if it’s about loans and savings they explain every small detail which helps me a lot they are polite and friendly nothing is too much for them would highly recommend the credit union it’s gotten me out of a bind when I’ve needed to take out a loan it’s done and dusted within 24 hrs. Amazing Always

I have been with the credit union for 10 years now and honestly they are amazing they helped us pay for our wedding by setting up a plan of savings loans and paying them off in a way we was comfortable. When ever i contact over the phone or inside everyone is kind, helpful and friendly they take care of you and listen. I was working when i signed up too ECU and had too stop and struggled for a while. I have been helped even if i have not been eligible it never felt like a rejection but time has been taken too put steps in place too make my situation better not worse and that matters so much.
