Ecu give people a chance to be able to do things they probably couldn’t afford. it’s hard to get loans from banks obviously if you have not got a job. But you can get one there & interest is affordable perfect in every way. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

I had a loan from the credit union a while back. I fell into difficulties and was worried about paying the loan back. Fortunately I plucked up courage to speak to the credit union and arranged a payment plan eith them. No issues just friendly faces. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

I never had a problem with the credit union when I phone up the staff are always polite very helpful always go out there way to try and fixed any problems I may have .the credit union are very helpful at Xmas when it comes to buy presents for my family I don't have to worry anymore which takes the pressure off me Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

I was having a really rough time and the credit union helped me out not only with funding but staff gave me their time an listened to me they made sure I was okay mentally and financially I have been a member now for over ten years and in the ten years of dealing with ecu they treat me as they did when I became a customer nothing is never tp much and if they can't help you they will sign post to places that could be able to just a really great company all in all with really helpful an friendly approchable staff Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

When I joined ECU I couldn't believe how quick and understanding they wherewt measi d have cognitive problems. They met my needs fully over the phone which helped me with ease and left me feeling confident to use my mobile phone more for other things aswell as ECU.
