I have had nothing but a positive experience in the almost year I have had dealings with the ECU. Their customer service team are lovely and always deal with your queries expertly and efficiently. They are a lifeline and also great as you save alongside borrowing. They offer an excellent service and should be commended so! I have recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so!
