All round a great service

The app is very easy to use. It has created a great savings habit. Every few days I transfer/top up from my current account to my ECU account. I’m saving for some work at home. I don’t notice the few pennies or pounds that leave but my ECU account is building up nicely: Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Very helpful and friendly, I find it easier to save with the credit union, I had financial problems a while back and I found them very understanding and supportive, they helped me get back on track by allowing me to pay only the interest on my loan until I got back on track and now thankfully I'm in a better place financially, thank you Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

My father has been using ECU for a long time and hes always mentioned that I should open an account. I finally gave in and opened up an account and I think it a lot more convenient that a usual bank savings account. The benefits you get such as loans and interest is brilliant. Definitely would recommend as when I used a normal bank savings account i was able to transfer money in and out instantly whereas ECU takes a working day to process which prevents me from taking money out my savings as I please!
