ECU are the best around, they truly go above and beyond with their customer service. I spoke to Jennie today who was great at explaining how my loan worked, when I could top it up and what I would need to do to go for a higher amount. ECU’s saving options have done more for me than any bank ever could - each year I take up their fixed term account which has amazing returns.
