More than customer service.

I have been with enterprise credit union for about 5 years, and I have only ever had amazing communication with them. They ALWAYS get back to you quickly and they speak to you like you're a friend. I have been stuck and struggling many times as a young widow with a small child and every time I speak to them, they make me feel like a human and not ashamed to ring them and ask them for help and if they can help, they do. I had transferred money.

I had transferred money & it wasn't showing on my account. I emailed ECU, my email was answered straight away. I rang them as it would be easier to answer questions for security reasons. Within 10mins my query was sorted & an explanation was given to me. The staff member was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. My worry of loosing my money was quickly delt with.
