Jan was very helpful and friendly

Jan was very helpful I’d made a mistake with my bank account so my funds had gone to a bank I no longer use. Jan reassured me that this would return back and would sort this for me then get back to me which she did all sorted . Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Nothing is too much trouble

I have been with ECU since 2021.
