Awful

Awful!! Visited and was told staff was on a break, waited thinking other members of staff would serve me but was rudely told a second time '' I told you we were on a break" no apology and information on when they were going to be serving again just rude customer service. If you do insist on closing for a "CIG" as one staff member said they needed! Then at least lock your store and put a sign up instead of talking to customers like something you've stood on. New store in Wakefield won't last long if your staff have anything to do with it! Went to One World Travel and ended up with a better rate anyway. Reviewed on: 27th June 2019

They did not sell me Euros!!!

They did not accept UK driving licence as a proof of ID! They wanted to see my passport and reasons of buying Euros and explanation of my funds! ... as if I tried to buy a house. Why is buying €1000 so important to EuroChange. I do not recommend them. Post Office is great! In the worst case scenario, I'd rather use my credit and debit cards!! Reviewed on: 20th July 2024

I was despairing getting Indonesian Rhupia in one day but Eurochange came to my rescue. I easily ordered my currency online and collected it within an afternoon and was served by most helpful and friendly Francis and his colleague Halleemah in the Charing Cross branch. AMAZINGLY PERFECT (ABSOLUTE PERFECTION)!!

I just visited Bavan-customer service agent working in the Uxbridge branch! I asked him about relevant information transferring pound sterling to Euros because I want travel to Berlin, Germany for a holiday! Thank you very, very much for being amazingly perfect (absolute perfection) to the very highest degree! Thank you for being impeccably flawless and immaculate to the very highest degree! Beware

Beware - You will only get buy back, at the rate you paid, for the first 30% of the amount of travel money you purchased. This was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase. Reviewed on: 24th September 2021

Don't trust eurochange to deliver your holiday currency

If you need a reliable delivery of foriegn exchange then this is not your best bet - let us down badly - they called at 4.50pm on a Friday to say our currency would not be available after all for next day delivery but 4 days later (despite taking the order, shipping fee and £900) - and that our refund would take 5 days to arrive leaving us not only short of cash for our trip, but without a refund to source currency from a more reputable source. Very unhelpful and not able to resolve their currency shortage issue. Suggested we take a 3 hour round trip to Bath on Saturday to get our refund (but not the currency - that would not be available still). Accounts department had gone home supposedly at 4.45pm so no-one available to refund us until Monday despite not being able to deliver - off to South America with no currency now ... cheers Reviewed on: 5th December 2020

Good exchange rate / easy to order and collect

The process of ordering and collecting my currency was efficient and simple and I believe I got the best exchange rate on the day. After previously getting my fingers badly burnt by not ordering in advance and simply picking up from another well know currency dealer at the airport I would always buy in advance and most likely this will be through Eurochange.
