The staff where very friendly and welcoming. They talked through the process step by step and was 100% honest and factual. There was no pressure with applying for my loan unlike some companies that continually harass you, they simply wen through my options and allowed me to have time to think of it was the right one for me. At the initial interview, I was told everything I would need to know and all my questions were answered as this was the first loan I've ever received i was a bit unsure at first.
