Absolutely amazing , helped change my life

I went in for a loan with a pretty poor credit score admittedly so that I could pay for my hgv license and the customer service I received was amazing they were so welcoming they helped me understand everything and on top of everything they gave me the loan despite my credit score , I went into my nearest branch expecting a big no yet I left with a massive smile and they really did change my life because of that day , I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs a loan . Easy, efficient and understanding

Loan for home repairs

I contacted Everyday Loans and the advisor I spoke to was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn't have the greatest credit rating and a bit of a chequered history in the past with default credit card accounts etc. she handled the enquiries into this in a sensitive and understanding manner - I was not made to feel embarrassed or judged for not managing my money very well in the past. We discussed the need for the loan and how much I wanted to borrow across what term and she came to a really affordable weekly repayment scheme so I hardly notice anything is going out of my bank. She also advised that should I keep up with my repayments, there would be a possibility they could increase the loan in future, as they were not able to offer me the total amount I wanted overall. Other companies I had approached had said they could but the repayments were phenomenal - the Everyday Loans employee made sure I was not trying to borrow more than I could initially afford. That's not only professionalism, but decent customer care, which is a rarity these days. My loan was approved and in my account within an hour or so of providing them with my bank statements. Unlike some other companies you approach, Everyday Loans has not bombarded me with follow up literature or phone calls offering me different products either which is extremely refreshing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly service with a human touch, and an affordable rate of repayment. Mr Christopher Leese, Cornwall. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
