Good service

Took longer than than was supposed to as kept getting told they had all info then when I called for an update after no contact was asked for more info. This happened about 5 times. Was supposed to take 1 week, took about 6 weeks I think Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

Everyone i dealt with was extremely helpful, informative and what impressed me the most is that they had a human approach rather just running numbers and figures and at no point I was made feel bad for not managing my finances properly. We live in a world where it is all about business and every decision is extremely rational but Evolution Money remembered there is a human at the other end of the phone and that human has a story and needs help and needs to be treated kindly and with respect and empathy. For the first time I felt like dealing with humans and not robots and i truly respect and admire how Evolutions employees do their job. Thank you for being the change we wish to see in the world. A fantastic experience from start to finish

I was extremely impressed and happy with my Evolution Money experience. First of all, everyone I engaged with was very friendly - there was never any sense of judgement (which is sometimes the case with other lenders), and clear instructions and expectations were provided throughout. What's more, the process of obtaining the loan itself was simple and efficient. Overall, I felt at ease, which is exactly what you need when you're dealing with your financial circumstances.
