Application process great, account management lacking.

Very helpful and friendly to talk to and understood my situation well. The application process was a little more complicated than I expected and took some time to get everything sorted, but considering the checks required and the circumstances of the loan I was taking out, this was all understandable in hindsight. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful along the way though, so I was never left not knowing what to do or why I needed to do it. The only major downside really is there doesn't seem to be a way of tracking my loan, seeing how much is left to pay off or what's already been paid etc, outside of contacting them via phone. I would like this side of things to be a little more transparent and easy to access online, or via an app etc. so I can more easily track what I've paid and what I have left to pay etc. Reviewed on: 13th June 2024

Positive experience, definitely recommend!

I had a positive experience with Evolution and will rate them highly for their person-based, rather than computer-based, approval process. I had the opportunity to clarify my financial circumstances as being self-employed I have three sources of reliable incomes. Discussing these in details with the loan advisor at Evolution was necessary and key to establish affordability of my loan. Other lenders turned me down as I did not fully fit their computerised borrower profile. Reviewed on: 13th June 2024
