Good value and services, process / systems can improve

Some of the systems that the advisory staff are using are not or they don't look like being the best ones, because couple of times they've repeated the same actions, also when a request was logged in, sometimes I had to call to make the request again and it looked like it wasn't previously done. Some issues but pleased with the final outcome

We initially felt quite rushed through the process and had to have a couple of back and forths with the broker who put us onto Evolution due to misunderstandings on their end. However, overall the process resulted in us securing the required loan so we were pleased with the outcome. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
