The customer service is excellent, and the company has always been understanding, professional, and willing to help whenever I've needed assistance. Any queries or concerns have been dealt with promptly, and the staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. This has made my overall experience with the company very positive. The only significant downside is the interest rates, which are considerably higher than I would have liked. While the quality of the customer service goes a long way in making the experience a good one, the high cost of borrowing is something that potential customers should take into consideration.
