Absolutely diabolical

I was very poorly in hospital. This company were no help at all. They told me they’ve put my account on hold. I kept them informed when I came out of hospital there was a default in my name from this company. I subsequently paid my balance off in full, but they have not updated my credit file, they offered me another contract which failed to send any paperwork and still mark in my account under a new contract not even the same one as a default which is not acceptable. They are refusing to put this into a formal complaint. We are in six weeks now and they have not resolved anything. I will be going to the financial ombudsman. Reviewed on: 7th June 2023

A lifeline for families

Ive been a fair for you customer for about 3 years.my washing machine had broken and i was in desperate need for a new one.i had bad credit but luckily fair for you saved the day.ive had a fridge freezer, tumble dryer and a good payers club shopping card.so im still shopping with them.
