Absolutely diabolical

I was very poorly in hospital. This company were no help at all. They told me they’ve put my account on hold. I kept them informed when I came out of hospital there was a default in my name from this company. I subsequently paid my balance off in full, but they have not updated my credit file, they offered me another contract which failed to send any paperwork and still mark in my account under a new contract not even the same one as a default which is not acceptable. They are refusing to put this into a formal complaint. We are in six weeks now and they have not resolved anything. I will be going to the financial ombudsman. Reviewed on: 7th June 2023

Fantastic service

Although buying food shopping on credit is not ideal, during this cost of living crisis the Fair For You card is a great interest-free way of borrowing. I can't get more than £100 in debt, it's paid off at £10 a week which is affordable, and when there's a 'borrowing window' during the school holidays, I can top up my card and do an Iceland food shop with free delivery. As I say, not ideal to get food on credit, but the interest free aspect of this and the low repayments makes it an affordable way of filling my freezer and cupboards. Amazing

If it wasn't for Fair For You, I'd have not been able to buy many of the things I have now. The food club is amazing, it really makes a difference being able to pay back weekly.
