Help in hard times

I am single parent in need of a tumble dryer and couldn't afford a new one, already bought second hand washing machine, so when fair 4 u came up on my search I was so happy I could finally have the help I was so desperately needed, I also referred my mam and she managed a iceland shop she was very greatful. Helped when others wouldn't

Hello washer from you paid up know can't order anything else your wanting bankstatements if I passed in the first place why do I have to go through this again
