Takes the fear out of credit in a professional way.

I am always terrified of dealing with anything to do with accessing credit or loans. However, I felt like Freedom finance was holding my hand all the way through. The information was so easy to navigate and which made making a decision a lot less stressful. I was able read all the pro's and con's without becoming overwhelmed, as it was presented in a non complicated way. I knew my rights every step of the way. Even after the choice I had made, the communication following never stopped. I was always given options for every scenario that may arise. This made me feel more in control of my decision. i had 5 payments to make on my current loan , so thought id get a top up loan , they refused , so went to freedom finance filled all the main requirements on their site , when i got to the company they recommended i virtually had nothing to do but agree to the loan very simple and easy Reviewed on: 9th June 2022
