Very good product knowledge,helpful and friendly

Quick and nothing hidden

Extremely friendly, and not pushing an agenda. Felt fully aware of all aspects of the process. A big thing is not finding out something out after, so extremely pleased that it was explained in plain English slowly, and not just the good parts , because let's face you want to know the what If's.
