A helpful, empathetic and effective company

Get Going Insurance were extremely helpful and understanding when I made two claims, one for an injury abroad, and the other for cancellation due to the circumstances of my travelling companion. They were so responsive and demonstrated significant empathy along with an efficient and effective service. I don't ever look at other insurance companies these days, and have recommended Get Going to family and friends. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
