even during the pandemic it was always easy to get through to an adviser by phone and/or by email. it is reassuring for an older member to speak to a person who is helpful and professional with their advise. better interest rates that high street banks. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

New App is a game changer

GCC - works for me

I signed up with GCC 5+ years ago and now for the first time I have some savings (yay!). Any time I have had to call up the office, the staff have been friendly and helpful. I can also manage my account online which makes it even easier to access and manage my money. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
