With a Glasgow Credit Union savings account, members can save regularly between £10 and £1000 each month across accounts. Withdrawals are via BACS transfer and can be requested in app, online or by phone.

Customer Service & Savings Help

I have been a member of Glasgow Credit Union for the past 7 years. GCU helped purchase a car as my current at the time didn’t even have workable heating. This was in the winter, worse time possible. With me already having a small amount of money outstanding from a previous loan. GCU went above and beyond, listened to my circumstances and wanted to help a loyal customer. From the help received I was able to purchase a new car with heating to commute to and from work in the terrible winter years ago. When taking a loan out with the Glasgow Credit Union not only are you getting financial help, GCU also saves for you while making your monthly loan repayments. They will take money from your repayments and put aside for you so when your loan is totally paid off there is a nest egg of money waiting for you. Amazing company! Have recommended to loads of friends and family as GCU has provided assistance and reward for myself last few years! Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
