Outstanding Customer Service

I fee tat my money is very safe with GCU, I like that it is a local business and provides jobs to people within Glasgow. The customer service is absolutely amazing many companies would benefit from taking a leaf from GCU in providing great service, very friendly and professional staff response times are great and the dividends when due are a great plus. Very helpful staff

I have been a member of the Glasgow Credit Union for many years and have always found the staff helpful, polite and well informed. The members website is very easy to navigate and it only takes minutes to transfer money easily. I have always recommended to colleagues that they should join the Glasgow Credit Union if they weren't’ already members as I have been very happy in my dealings with GCC.
