Giving kids responsibility

We set up a Go Henry account for our daughter as we wanted her to be able to earn pocket money and take responsibility for saving and spending. We are able to control the parameters of use on her account as in setting daily spending level and how she can use her card. We also get notifications when she has made a purchase, so we can monitor remotely and she feels a sense of independence and responsibility too. She loves to do chores at home to earn pocket money that she asks to have put on her card. A win win all round. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Go Henry is a great app/bank/money saving/ spending card that allows not only the children to learn about budgeting and saving but peace of mind for parents as you can see where and when they have spent money without waiting for a monthly statement. Got a problem? They are always helpful on the phone and always sort out whatever the issue/problem might be. It’s so easy and convenient I absolutely love it. I’ve had a gohenry card for my son since he was 8 years old and it has really helped him to understand the value of money, and also how money can be earned by completing chores. It has made him much more responsible and he loves that he can save for something expensive and check how much money he has on the app whenever he wants.
