A Firm Favourite for our Family

All my children use this app and have done for many years now. It works brilliantly and allows them (and us!) to monitor/budget their spending as well as encourage them to earn and save accordingly. Great way to get children used to budgeting

I've been using the gohenry card to help my 11 year old daughter to understand that money has to be earned, the importance of budgeting, saving and supporting charities. She has a base allowance plus opportunity to earn extra. She is able to review her balance and make decisions based on funds available. She loves that she can pay contactless, use chip and pin or get cash from the cash point. It enables me to review her choices and discuss them with her. Changes to spend limits in the app are quick, on one occasion while on holiday with family she lost her card, she advised me immediately and I locked it, after retracing her steps and finding it I was able to unlock it quickly. Overall it gives a safe way to start to learn about finance. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019
