Haven't needed customer service.

Haven't needed customer service. App is slightly harder to navigate than you'd expect and doesn't work like a proper bank account where transfers can be made back and fourth. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025

Great way to learn!

The fact my son can use it as a normal bank account (with limitations set by me) and also learn about money and banking at the same time is brilliant. He has learnt to be more accountable with his chores and feels a sense of pride and accomplishment when he’s able to buy things for himself or others. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025
