About this product

GoHenry offer prepaid accounts for children.

I really like that the app gives valuable lessons on money and what to think about when it comes to money, as I don’t think enough is actually taught and spoken about in school. You are just automatically meant to be good with money and that doesn’t happen. It’s better for a child to have control of there money from an early age to make decisions for themselves, but for the parent to be able to have an overview of it and limit their transactions so the child cannot make really bad decisions and you can discuss money together. Spending money for essentials and then spending money for what you want and saving money for bigger purchases is a fine balance these days and children need to be prepared as money is getting more and more squeezed in life. It’s nice that go Henry do designs on their cards but sometimes my child wants a new card for every new set of designs that comes out, and is disappointed I won’t purchase a new card for him. safe and great for motivation

I was not sure about joining Go Henry, (bc my daughter already had a bank account) but most of my daughter's friends have it, and they are so happy with that. one of the mums send me a link to join and I really love it, it's safer than a bank account, bc you can monitor the account, set spending limits and allowances. Also it's great for motivating your kid to earn more pocket money by completing simple task and helping around home. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025
