About this product

GoHenry offer prepaid accounts for children.

There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

My Son loves go Henry so Much

My son loves Go Henry so much. He has loved being able to save money but what he has loved the most is being able to feel grown up and go into a shop and buy his own things with his own card. Straight forward to use, good control over child's finances whilst giving them independence.

Allowance and option to add a little extra if my daughter achieves something with home schooling that she finds tricky plus house chores rewarded in the same way. Only thing I'd like to see is to be able to transfer money from my parental account into my linked bank account. One way isnt enough eg if child owes parent money it can go only as far as parental linked account. Reviewed on: 7th February 2021

Easy to keep track of tasks

I give my children 6 tasks to do everyday and for each one I give them a £1 which they call pocket money. It’s easy to use and both my children use their own cards. They are also able to keep track of what they are spending. Often if my children want sweets or something etc I say okay but it will have to come out of your own money. Often they decline which is good but if not and they don’t have their Go Henry cards on them I can easily transfer what they’ve spent from their own account into mine. Reviewed on: 7th February 2021
