Urinary Tract Infection

A few years ago my wife was taken ill whilst we were on Skiathos with a UTI. Goodtogoinsurance met our claim and the only money we lost was on the exchange rate. Will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

Cooling of Period

Paid £1600 travel insurance for 30 night holiday in USA and Canada for wife and me. Was astounded to learn that as we in the past had US visa’s on their expiry we could not revert to an ESTA. There turned out to be a 104 day wait for a face to face interview at the American Embassy after receiving the application. We had 21 days before departure so had to cancel the holiday. Lost money but was thankfully able to claim the travel insurance premium during the 14 day cooling off period. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023
