No fuss cover

Travelling to Australia for 3 months as a senior with minor health issues didnt prove to be a nightmare with Goodtogoinsurance. Friendly helpful staff and cost effective cover meant I could travel care free. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Excellent customer communication

I am 74 years of age and have several health issues. The agent listened avidly to my explanations of them and was clear on his answers for each one both for Me and my wife. GTG are like a breath of fresh air in the suffocating world of travel insurance for those with medical conditions. Many, many companies simply are not interested in what can often be quite complex situations. GTG take the time and patience to understand, whilst ensuring that nothing is missed or forgotten, delivering a sound policy at a fair price. I got quotes from different on line company`s and came across this company, not much difference in price but excess better. To check being first time with the company i phoned and spoke to a nice lady and went through all the details checking on health problems from the past and she was more than helpful so i got my travel insurance with them and will get another quote for my next holiday.
