A happy experience with Good To Go Insurance

We have used Good To Go Insurance on numerous holidays since 2006 and they have always provided an excellent service with very competitive rates. The staff respond quickly to queries and when help is required have always been courteous and most efficient. A really excellent firm. Their willingness to to provide cover for those of us of a more advanced age and with existing medical conditions is a huge relief (as many travel firms do not), and also they cover longer holidays which we retirees can indulge in when, for instance, visiting family members living overseas. I highly recommend Good To Go Insurance to anyone wishing to travel. In fact I have passed their information on to a number of friends and have not heard a bad story about the company. Excellent Service.

After we took out our insurance we had to make some changes, the help we received was excellent, the process was smooth and I could say that the lady I dealt with went out of her way, I actually got the impression that the level of service she gave was normal and to top everything the extra cover cost was much lower than I expected, it was an all round excellent experience with a company that we will use for our next trip. Great cover at a reasonable cost

Getting travel insurance cover with a complex medical history is sometimes extremely hard to find and incredibly expensive so very happy with the cover and price I paid to go to Italy to a family wedding last October, just as we were able to start travelling again. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

All-round cover even with medical history.

Good all-round travel insurance cover takes medical history into account without automatic preclusion. The online process for taking out cover is simple and efficient and I have used it in all 4 trips I have made this year. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
