We took out insurance before the first lockdown for a cruise that was postponed and the length of stay changed three times. This was not a problem for Good to Go Insurance. They changed the policy without question each time and were very efficient treating us with compassion .Nothing was a problem to them even though they must have had so many problems themselves during Covid. I’ve used Goodtogoinsurance many many times now. I find them affordable to cover existing medical conditions. We were delighted to get a reasonable quote or travel to the USA despite my husband having had a stroke, which sent all other insurers into meltdown! We had no need to make a claim so cannot comment on how that would have worked but we will certainly use them again. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
